The final two slots for the inaugural Iron Survivor Challenge were filled on Tuesday night when Axiom and Indi Hartwell emerged victorious from their respective triple threat matches.

Axiom defeated Von Wagner and Andre Chase to join Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, JD McDonagh and Joe Gacy in the men's Iron Survivor Challenge, while Hartwell will battle Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez, Kiana James and Zoey Stark after defeating Wendy Choo and Fallon Henley.

The new concept will see five men and women in each match, with two wrestlers starting and another being added every five minutes. The goal of the 25-minute match is to score as many falls (pinfall, submission or DQ) as possible before time expires.

There is a twist: If a wrestler loses a fall, they must spend 90 seconds in a penalty box, where they can't pick up any falls. The winner of each Iron Survivor Challenge will become the #1 contender for the NXT Championship and NXT Women's Championship.

This could either be a spectacle that becomes a new WWE tradition, or it could fail spectacularly and disappear as soon as DEADL1NE ends Saturday night.
