The Judgment Day's Rhea Ripley returned to WWE Raw on Monday night, helping her stablemates lure Rey Mysterio into a trap before assaulting him.

Ripley has been off TV for nearly two months with injuries she sustained in a #1 contender's match on the 6 June episode of Raw, which she won. She was originally slated to face Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship at Money in the Bank, but she was replaced by Carmella.

Rhea returned by crashing the Mysterios' backstage party for Rey's 20th WWE anniversary. Dominik and Aliyah pleaded with Ripley to leave, but she piefaced Aliyah and grabbed Dominik and pulled him into the hall, where Finn Balor and Damian Priest assaulted him.

Rey ran out to save his son, only to get jumped himself, dragged off and then powerbombed through a table.

Later, Balor and Priest trash-talked an injured Rey backstage, and when Dominik took off to chase them, Ripley snuck in and kicked Mysterio in his injured arm. Just because.

All of this led to a no-DQ match between the two teams being set up for SummerSlam.

There's no word on when Ripley will be back in the ring, or whether she will get a Raw Women's Championship match since she was the #1 contender when she went down with her injury.
