Former WWE Star Cody Rhodes To Guest Star On Arrow

Stardust and TV superhero are ready for a sequel.

Cody Rhodes recently left WWE, but he hasn't been out of work for long. Besides lining up big indie events and opponents around the globe, he's now going to be doing a guest appearance on the upcoming fifth season of the television show Arrow.

This is, of course, the show that his old rival Stephen Amell stars on. The actor broke the news at the Heroes and Villains Fanfest.

No word yet on what role Cody will be playing on Arrow, but he has teased that him and Amell will get into another fight. Hopefully this round goes better for the former wrestler.

Cody has talked before about wanting to be an actor, so this is a nice start for him. The man has shown some great range in the wrestling world from playing narcissistic bad guy concerned with nothing but his face, to passionate babyface who was fired by the company, to the bizarre Stardust.

While it will be nice to see him pick up some acting gigs along the way, hopefully his passion is still the wrestling world, as the veteran still has a ton of untapped potential to unleash.
