According to TMZ, Brian 'Grandmaster Sexay' Lawler was arrested this month for the second time in just over thirty days, this time on a charge of DUI and evading law enforcement officers.

The police report from 7 July cited an incident in Tennessee during which a 46-year old male, Lawler, was caught driving erratically and at speed around 1am. Apparently, the former WWE tag-champ at first refused to pull over. Cops finally collared his vehicle, and discovered Lawler, allegedly stinking of alcohol, in the driver's seat. He was arrested immediately.

Lawler, the son of pro-wrestling legend Jerry 'The King', was cuffed back in June following a dispute at a hotel in Memphis, TN. He and friend Terry Teague were accused of welshing on a room bill in the region of $800. He was also involved in a fight with TNA's Chase Stevens back in February. Lawler required surgery after the alteration, for which Stevens was arrested.

After his latest run in with the law, Lawler was driven to a local station where he was booked for DUI and evading arrest, with a bail set at $40,000.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
