Former WWE Tag-Team Working Together For First Time Since 2003
These ex-WWE tag partners are reuniting and going out on tour in 2024.
Booker T has revealed that he and former tag-team partner Goldust will "be doing a tour [together] next year". However, the WWE commentator didn't reveal whether he and current AEW star Dustin Rhodes will be wrestling matches together on shows or simply working the Q&A circuit.
Imagine it was the former?!
Book and Goldust carved out a niche for themselves between 2002-2003 as one of the best comedy tags in the industry. They had unreal chemistry together, and worked weekly skits that still rack up decent numbers on YouTube today.
In particular, you must see the Star Wars lightsaber bit. The same goes for Booker T being a literal lumberjack. It'd be special to a whole generation of pro wrestling fans if the dynamic duo could work in some laughs like those on this upcoming tour, whether that's inside the ring or not.
Book dished some early details on all of this during his appearance for Monopoly Events at the recent 'For The Love Of Wrestling' fan convention in the UK. The band will be getting back together at some point in 2024, people.
