FTR Claim WWE Staff Are Too Scared To Pitch Vince McMahon

"Vince wants to hear ideas... but they are so afraid to be face to face with him."

AEW's FTR have claimed that WWE's creative process is held-up by an army of staff members too afraid to approach Vince McMahon with their ideas.

Speaking to Vickie Guerrero on her Excuse Me podcast, the AEW tag team claimed that while "Vince wants to hear ideas," the "130 people that you have to go through to give those ideas" are "afraid to go face to face with him. It blows my mind. I understand that he's an enigma, and has created his own legacy in the minds of people in the business, but they are so afraid of losing their job because they pitch an idea but want to stay as low key as possible to get a paycheque the next week. That is sad."

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler have remained measured and fair when criticising their former place of work since leaving in April, and this is in line with that. They accept that whether or not Vince wants to use said ideas is up to him, though their words paint the picture of a creatively-stifled environment.
