Goldberg's 9 WWE Losses - From Cleanest To Screwiest

4. Vs. Triple H, Randy Orton & Batista (Raw. November 17, 2003)

The night after Survivor Series, after Goldberg had defeated Triple H in the most bang-average match you'll ever see (outside of 65% of Triple H's entire body of work), Evolution sought revenge. At the PPV, Goldberg had thwarted their inference attempt with steel chairs. On Raw, they beat him in a three-on-one match to prolong the Golderg Vs. Triple H storyline.

Incidentally, there is a record on Cagematch of Triple H going over Goldberg via disqualification at a house show, which technically warrants inclusion here, but that isn't getting researched. It would be preferable to actually locate a needle in a haystack, rather than hunt down any fan-cam footage, because you'd at least feel something when your finger gets pricked.

Goldberg made easy work of Orton and Batista in this three-on-one handicap match, but Triple H was able to get the heat when he tagged in - because he's really hard and has a massive bell-end.

He also got the pin, but did take one spear. Interestingly - that's the first time the word "interestingly" has been used to describe a Triple H appearance on Raw in 2003 - it looked like Trips had a stern word with Goldberg following that move. The next few lariats Goldberg threw in Orton and Batista's direction had nothing behind them.

Did he give up then and there?
