As previously reported, WWE boss Vince McMahon has decreed that several 'big men' on company books need more seasoning and must return to the Performance Center for further training.

Keith Lee, Otis, Omos, Dabba Kato, and Dio Maddin were the biggest names reportedly involved, but it's Lee in particular who has people scratching their heads on social media.

Now, Fightful Select have leaked further details on how some backstage in the company have reacted to McMahon's decision.

It won't surprise many to hear that folks are scratching their noggins behind the scenes too. Former NXT Champion Lee is considered one hell of a worker by many of his peers, and the only crumb of comfort is that he may only be grouped with the others because of his physical size.

This could be part of a grander plan to tighten up on how larger men in the promotion work; note the word "could". This is all obviously speculation right now, but it makes sense.

Fightful did say that some wrestlers are "baffled" by Lee's inclusion. They're also reporting that concerns were raised over how stiff Otis has been in-ring, and that neither Maddin or Omos are surprising picks.
