One of the many wresters outside of WWE to comment on the company's decision to get rid of so many employees in one day was New Japan Pro Wrestling's Will Ospreay.
Usually the first to make a wise-crack on Twitter, Ospreay immediately tweeted, 'There needs to be no smart arse comments on this matter.'
Many friends of the 'Aerial Assassin' lost their jobs that day and Ospreay referenced how it wouldn't be a case of them simply jumping ship to another company either, as the entire world is in lockdown right now.
