Stephanie McMahon has discussed how WWE will be ran when Vince McMahon eventually decides to step down during an interview with Bloomberg Business of Sports.

With WWE now officially calling the Peacock streaming service home, Stephanie sat down with Bloomberg to discuss the route the company has taken when it comes to the streaming world. On top of explaining how her father was "ahead of the curve" when the decision was made to start up the WWE Network five years ago, WWE's Chief Branding Officer revealed what the future would look like in the company once Vince McMahon decided to step away from his empire:

“I do think a lot of the institutional knowledge is important, particularly with regards toward the core content. But it’s also surrounding our business with strong, smart executives. And that’s exactly what we have. So I do think it’s the marriage of institutional knowledge, the incredible production value, the creation of talent IP and storylines and really strong business executives to help us expand. I think it’s a combination of things."

“I don’t think there will ever be a person to person replacement for Vince McMahon. He does too much. The landscape would look different however it shakes out. But I think it’s a marriage of those things.”

Judging from Stephanie's comments here, it appears the company will opt to spread the responsibilities around in the wake of her father's eventual departure, most likely due to the fact that the sheer workload Vince gets through would be near-impossible for just about any other human being on the planet.

At this moment in time, however, it appears the boss is showing no signs of slowing down, with Vince regularly being spotted in guerrilla boasting a head-set and keeping his fingerprints all over the likes of Raw, SmackDown and WWE PPVs.
