HUGE Women's Gimmick Match Set For WWE Money In The Bank 2021
WWE revealed a big time gimmick match for Money In The Bank on SmackDown.
Bianca Belair challenged Bayley to an "I Quit" match on the latest episode of SmackDown.
The heel accepted, so WWE will pull the trigger on a third pay-per-view clash between the pair at Money In The Bank on 18 July. Belair previously defended her SmackDown Women's Title against Bayley at both WrestleMania Backlash and Hell In A Cell.
Third time lucky for Bayley? Probably not.
The challenger did tease that she'd leave SmackDown and WWE as a whole if she uttered the words "I Quit" in two weeks. Fans shouldn't expect the company to keep harping on that point, because Bayley is surely too valuable to lose. However, this might end up being a gateway for her jump to Raw in the upcoming Draft later this year.
That's all guesswork, but a move would feel fresh following Bayley's lengthy run on Friday nights.
Bianca vs. Bayley III did need some extra spice to help it match the ladder-based chaos of those titular MITB matches too, and it seems this will be the feud's blowoff. Afterwards, Belair is likely to seek fresh challengers. One long-term option could be the returning Zelina Vega.
