Despite a whirlwind of controversy over the summer, it appears that at least one company out there still wants to associate with Hulk Hogan. A fantasy sports betting site called Fan Picks has reportedly signed the Hulkster to an endorsement deal, per a new report from TMZ. A spokesperson for Fan Picks told TMZ, regarding Hogan's recent controversies, "We all make mistakes and deserve second chances." When it comes to sports betting websites, a genre that is growing at an incredible pace, Fan Picks is not a particularly big name at the moment. Perhaps the company believes that by joining forces with the much maligned Hogan, they can gain some publicity and the investment will be worth whatever it is they are paying him. Hulk Hogan also commented on his signing with Fan Picks, saying, "I am looking forward to connecting with all my Hulkamaniacs during some of the biggest games of the year and at upcoming Fan Picks live events in the near future." Hogan was released from his WWE legends deal (and hosting gig of "Tough Enough) back in July after news broke of some racist statements Hulk had made during a secretly filmed 2006 sex tape. Hogan is in the process of suing Gawker.com for releasing the sex tape, which was filmed without Hogan's knowledge by Heather Clem. Clem was the wife of Hogan's former close personal friend, radio D.J. Bubba The Love Sponge. She was also, of course, Hogan's mistress at the time. Fan Picks is promoting Hulk's signing with the company by advertising special benefits for new users who register with the promo code "Hulk25."
