IMPACT Wrestling To Expand Global Coverage On PlutoTV
Details about the huge step forward for IMPACT Wrestling programming in Europe.
An exciting development for IMPACT Wrestling sees some of the company's content become available to PlutoTV users throughout the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. IMPACT content had previously been available on the service for users in other countries since it's North American launch in April 2018.
The announcement comes mere weeks before the Anthem-helmed promotions celebrates its Slammiversary pay-per-view, featuring the in-ring return of Chris Sabin following his return from injury, the first Ultimate X match in over two years, and Sami Callihan challenging AEW's Kenny Omega for the IMPACT World Championship.
Jaime Pollack, Sports Media Group's (which oversees IMPACT Wrestling) Chief Revenue Officer, added the following to the matter:-
"The global demand for quality professional wrestling programming has, arguably, never been higher, and we are excited for the opportunity to provide millions of pro wrestling fans both old and new with the ultimate ringside seats to all the epic matchups, original series, and in-depth retrospectives that IMPACT Wrestling is known for."
A ViacomCBS company, PlutoTV is a free streaming service that provides viewers with the experience of having a cable subscription in the 1990s. Content channels range from entertainment to crime to paranormal, including the likes of Dog The Bounty Hunter and Hell's Kitchen.
