Is Ronda Rousey Training For A WWE Return?
'Rowdy' Ronda just worked out in-ring for the first time in a long time...
Speculation was rife on social media after Teal Piper posted some pics on her Instagram account showing former WWE star Ronda Rousey training in-ring.
Teal, who is the daughter of 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, has the internet abuzz with the snaps of the pair training with friends a JLFX Studios in Burbank, California. Some seem to believe this is the start of Rousey's road back towards WWE.
Maybe/maybe not.
Ronda did tell ex-Jackass man Steve-O in April that she'd never work full time for the company again. The key words there are "full time". Rousey hasn't ruled out some part time appearances for the promotion, and it's unlikely that WWE would knock back the chance to use her star power either.
Rousey hasn't worked a WWE match since losing the Raw Women's Title to Becky Lynch in the main event of WrestleMania 35 last year. Since then, the MMA bad ass has been focusing on other projects, but refuses to distance herself completely from a pro wrestling comeback.
Piper and Rousey must've known they'd get people talking with those pics. Would you like to see Ronda back inside a WWE ring someday soon?
