Randy Orton has Bully Ray's vote as the greatest of all time.

The one-time Dudley Boy tag specialist told Busted Open Radio that Randy is "perfect" and aces all categories one would look for in a wrestler who's "top of the food chain". That includes "actual professional wrestling, the psychology, the registering, the selling [and] the story".

Ray was full of praise for Orton generally, but said he's far from the only old pro who'd credit Randy for his work. In fact, most veterans Bully has spoken to put Orton at the top of their own personal lists for the best worker in history.

That's high praise indeed.

Ray went on to say that comparing top wrestlers with one another to determine the best can be tricky, largely because the biz is manufactured and lacks organic stats seen in other real-world sports. Nonetheless, he'd put Randy on a pedestal as the very best to ever lace up a pair of boots.

Orton is currently expected to work with Logan Paul for the United States Title at WrestleMania 40. Look out for another special RKO moment there.
