Jeff and Matt wrestled their first televised tag team match since April 2019 on last night's episode of AEW Dynamite, defeating Private Party. This followed Jeff's big, crowd-popping debut on the 9 March show, as he re-aligned with his elder sibling following Matt's split from Andrade Hardy Family Office.
Jeff was released by WWE under controversial circumstances in late 2021. Alleged to have wrestled while "impaired" on a 4 December house show, he was let go by the company five days later, with reports suggesting that the 44-year-old turned down WWE's offer to go to rehab prior to his release.
Matt has since stated his belief that WWE "jumped the gun" on letting his brother go. It'll therefore be extremely interesting to hear Jeff tell his side of the story in detail, particularly as WWE recently tried to entice him back with a Hall of Fame induction.
