Clay was first advertised to appear 'on next week's show' via video promos as far back as November and has since regularly been promised as returning by Laurinaitis on almost every Raw show but so far the WWE keep being reluctant to pull the trigger on him. It's unclear at this point why Clay hasn't been on television yet other than for timing reasons since SmackDown wrestlers started appearing on Raw, though an incident where he gave away the fact he was going to 'destroy' John Morrison on his last night with the company over Twitter might have had something to do with it. In the end it would be The Miz who took out Morrison on his way out of the company.
