Karrion Kross & Scarlett DONE With WWE This Weekend (WWE News)

WWE reportedly hasn't offered fresh deals to either Karrion Kross or Scarlett.

Fightful Select reports that neither Karrion Kross nor Scarlett have been offered fresh deals by WWE at time of writing. As things stand, the pair would be finishing up with the company this weekend. This news comes hot on the heels of Kross losing a grudge match to rival Sami Zayn at SummerSlam 2025.

The story of that bout called for Sami to resist Scarlett urging him to use a weapon on her man Kross. Together, the couple have been trying to convince Zayn that he has an evil side. They wanted to bring that out in him, but Sami batted off such thoughts by staying true to himself and winning his way.

SummerSlam's match could well be Kross's last under the WWE banner.

Backstage sources tell Fightful that Karrion and Scarlett "weren't informed that their contracts would be set to lapse". Obviously, this would be a lowkey end to their second stint in WWE. Kross and Scarlett rejoined the promotion in the summer of 2022 after previously departing in November 2021 - Karrion's first run on the main roster hadn't capitalised on his NXT success whatsoever.

Fightful say they'll "continue to monitor the situation". They'll be the first to break news if anything changes, basically.

Triple H Appeared To Ignore Loud "We Want Kross" Chants

WWE SummerSlam 2025 Post-Show Triple H
WWE

There was an interesting moment during the post-show after SummerSlam 2025. Triple H appeared with the panel to discuss key moments from the blockbuster weekender in New Jersey across both Saturday and Sunday nights. Brock Lesnar's return came up in the chat, which is when fans circling the table began chanting, "We Want Kross! We Want Kross!". This was a clear message to the boss that Karrion has made inroads with the core audience.

It was ignored. Loudly ignored.

Hunter did acknowledge the chants, but seemed to suggest they were actually for Brock rather than Karrion. Later, Kross posted on X: "Unreal. They write the scripts…but the fans write the truth. Thank you. Tick tock".

Stay tuned for more on this developing story. Will WWE offer Kross and Scarlett new contracts last-minute? Only time will tell on that. Tick tock indeed.
