Kenny Omega Press Conference Announced For This Week’s IMPACT Wrestling
Kenny Omega and Rich Swann are due to make their Rebellion match official.
With less than two weeks to go until IMPACT Wrestling's Rebellion pay-per-view on Sunday, 25 April, the promotion have confirmed a press conference for Thursday's AXS TV episode. This will be between IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.

The duo have been at loggerheads ever since Omega lifted the All Elite Wrestling strap at the start of December last year. His work in IMPACT alongside the severely underrated Don Callis has been some of professional wrestling's best character work of the past decade.
Last Thursday's show saw Omega, teaming with The Good Brothers, suffer a loss to the IMPACT champion, who had Willie Mack and Eddie Edwards on his side for the encounter. Outside of this, 'The Best Bout Machine' has only ever worked promos and backstage skits in his non-in-ring IMPACT roles.
Omega vs. Swann headlines the Rebellion event at the end of this month. Other title contests currently scheduled see The Good Brothers challenge FinJuice for the World Tag Team Championships, Ace Austin defending the X Division Championship against TJP and Josh Alexander, and Deonna Purrazzo face Tenille Dashwood for the Knockouts Championship.
