Kevin Owens Goes BALD, Parodies 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin On WWE Raw

Where does Kevin Owens' Steve Austin rib rank on the list of WWE parodies?

Kevin Owens drew big-time crowd heat on last night's episode of WWE Raw, dressing himself up as WrestleMania 38 rival 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin ahead of their KO Show showdown on 2 April.

The Chicago, Illinois show began with Austin's iconic theme music hitting, prompting a big pop, but the crowd were duped. Owens came out in the denim cutoffs and 3:16 shirt, as well as an endearingly awful bald cap, running through a routine of 'Stone Cold's' catchphrases and mannerisms in an attempt at making himself the most hated man in the building.

It worked. Jeers and chants poured down on Owens from call corners of the building, including a "we want Austin!" effort that appeared to be answered when SCSA's theme hit again. But of course, this was another Owens-created rib.

The segment closed with KO deliberately fumbling beers as they were thrown to him, then giving a poor team member a Stone Cold Stunner after blaming him for it. 'Stone Cold', who isn't expected to appear on-camera until WrestleMania itself, didn't end up appearing.

While Austin had been linked to a full-on match at WrestleMania 38 a few weeks ago, his involvement at the pay-per-view has now been scaled back to the KO Show, though he is still expected to get physical on 2 April. Click here for more on his 'Mania role.
