Kurt Angle Tweets And Deletes Response To Max Caster AEW Rap
What did the Olympic hero have to say about Max Caster's AEW name drop?
Kurt Angle didn't seem too happy about Max Caster's recent AEW rap.
This week's New Year's Smash edition of AEW Dynamite came equipped with The Acclaimed's latest music video by the name of "RASSLE". And it was during said new Max Caster rap that the line "You’re stealing money like it’s Kurt Angle’s wife” was aimed at the AEW World Tag Team Champions' current rival Jeff Jarrett.
Sure enough, Karen Jarrett was quick to blast Caster's decision to use these particular lyrics in the tune. And now Kurt Angle himself also appears to have had his say on the matter on Twitter.
Before eventually opting to take down the tweet, the WWE Hall of Famer initially responded to AEW allowing Caster to reference Karen marrying Jeff Jarrett less than two years after divorcing Angle 12 years ago by posting, "When you got to use my name to get heat after 12 years [smile emoji] [thumbs up emoji] #MoveOn.”
(As seen below):
Both AEW and Caster himself haven't commented on Angle's response to the name-drop in "RASSLE", but it appears as though The Olympic Hero wasn't that impressed about the call to use the controversial lyrics in the song either.
