AEW announced that Jack Perry has inked fresh terms with the promotion during Wednesday's special 'Beach Break' edition of flagship weekly Dynamite. 'Jungle Boy' was shown shaking hands with boss Tony Khan in a video package put together talking about his time in the company and what the future holds.

Speculation had been rife that Perry might leave All Elite. Some reports even indicated that there'd be significant interest on WWE's side, but that's since been put to bed with this announcement. Jack has committed his future to Khan. That's something the AEW chief was confident about - he'd told reporters during the Forbidden Door media scrum that he expected Perry to be part of the All Elite crew going forwards.

Now, pen has met paper and it's official.

Jack last wrestled a match for the promotion on the 24 June edition of Dynamite. There, he put technical wizard Zack Sabre Jr over in a fine 13 minute match. There's plenty more where that came from now Jungle Boy has re-signed on the dotted line. What's more, he said during his brief promo on Wednesday that he plans to become AEW World Champion someday.

Perry didn't appear on the show in person - this video was his only segment. However, it's interesting that he mentioned the AEW World Title. That changed hands later in the night when Kenny Omega defeated MJF to score his first reign since 2021.

Now, Omega goes on to All In next month to defend against Owen Hart Foundation Cup winner Will Ospreay. It remains to be seen what Jack could be doing on that show himself.
