Low Ki BLASTS WWE's Seth Rollins For "Stealing My Sh*t!"
MLW's Low Ki shoots on Seth Rollins after WWE Fastlane 2021...
Seth Rollins has fallen into the crosshairs of one of independent wrestling's most outspoken figures after WWE Fastlane 2021.
FITE TV tweeted a picture of Rollins after last night's victory over Shinsuke Nakamura, saying "the visionary wants respect." This drew the ire of MLW's Low Ki, who came charging in with the following quote-tweet:-
..off the work of others? Immitation=best form of flattery? Nah, stealing my s**t & u look like a newborn deer drop doing it? THIS qualifies top quality? Mimics who can't fight? Mf'rs been playing w children too fkn long. Both of u should be ashamed of urselves #TheProfessional
Low Ki is referring to a spot in the Nakamura match in which Seth attempted a Shining Wizard. Nakamura ducked, so Rollins levelled him with a back kick instead, just like this. This is a common transitional sequence in Ki's arsenal.
Ki, who competed in WWE as Kaval between 2008 and 2010, is known for his temperament but is widely considered one of the more influential wrestlers from the original indie boom of the 2000s. He hasn't worked for a major promotion since leaving Impact/Global Force Wrestling in 2017 due to either financial or creative differences, depending on what report you believe.
He currently wrestles for MLW, where he is a former World Heavyweight Champion.
Rollins and Ki have wrestled twice in the past, with both bouts going down on independent shows in 2006. Seth is yet to respond to the 41-year-old.
