Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

24. Jack Evans

Pros: - Is apparently lighter than air - Sells every move done to him like death - Medallion winner Cons: - Very late season one arrival - Not teamed with Angelico for some reason - They still wear matching pants Jack Evans is kind of the perfect lucha libre heel: a smarmy, self-aggrandizing white dude who rubs everyone the wrong way by saying he's the best at lucha libre, while simultaneously being kind of the best at lucha libre. The physical aspects, at least; he could probably do a triple rotation moonsault inside an airplane bathroom, but he couldn't care less about the really important stuff, like respect and tradition and whatever dude, do you see what Evans just did? In AAA, he's been a championship tag team partner with Angelico, but that tandem hasn't been seen yet inside the temple. That's likely for the best, at least for now; Angelico's firmly established as a major babyface, while Evans is absolutely KILLING it as an ur-athletic gringo scumbag. Final Rating: ***1/4
