It’s been a year of some major departures where WWE is concerned, and now you can add another name to those who’ve headed for the WWE exit door.

As first reported by Fightful, WWE Senior Vice President of Programming and Media Operations Craig Tello has confirmed that he has now left the company. Taking to LinkedIn, Tello announced that he is soon to start a new position as Head of Market Communications and Content Strategy Within the Competitive Gaming Space over at Electronic Arts.

EA, of course, is the video game juggernaut behind the likes of the FIFA series, the Madden franchise, and various Star Wars titles.

Tello had been contracted to WWE for just shy of 15 years, with him initially starting his WWE career as part of the creative process. Working his way up the food chain to Vice President and then Senior Vice President, Tello was said to be a huge influence on the WWE Network, and he also co-wrote Daniel Bryan’s autobiography, Yes: My Improbably Journey to the Main Event of WrestleMania.

This is just the latest in a long line of WWE departures in 2020, with numerous executives and wrestling personnel alike having seen their WWE careers came to an end over the past 12 months.
