Major WWE Improvements Expected By 2022?
Could WWE's run of dross TV finally be coming to an end? Likely not, but still...
We can all agree that WWE programming – in particular the Raw brand – is in need of a major shot in the arm right now.
While specifics have not been revealed as of yet, the usually reliable Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast today took to Twitter to claim that the WWE product is set to take an upswing before the year is out.
Hearing about a lot of exciting stuff on the WWE side of Pro Wrestling.
AdvertisementToo early to post anything but honestly I am very hopeful we will see a quality turnaround by the end of the year.I hate being vague. I generally don't post things like this but Im very hopeful right now.

Of course, as Zarian himself admits, this is all extremely vague right now.
The one positive to take amongst this vagueness is that the Mat Men host is usually on the money with his reports. So, if what Zarian’s heard is enough to convince him that WWE programming will see a turnaround in quality by the end of the year, that at least gives something for pained Raw and SmackDown viewers to cling onto.
When looking at the current main roster WWE product, there are far more misses than hits these days. For every stunning characterisation and portrayal of a Roman Reigns, there’s a doll haunting an MMA badass, three announcers playing dumb about an ‘unknown’ debuting talent who’s been in the WWE system for over two years, and there’s a bunch of goddamn zombies 'eating' superstars live on PPV..
Whatever it is that’s got Andrew Zarian excited, here’s hoping it happens sooner rather than later – as lord knows, WWE needs something, anything to stop its run of dross TV right now.
