Marty Scurll is set to leave Ring Of Honor this November.

According to Sports Illustrated, The Villain's contract is set to expire this autumn, at which point he will become a free agent.

Both the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer and Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp had previously mentioned November as the end date for Scurll's ROH tenure.

As a regular on Being the Elite, Scurll is a natural fit for AEW once he becomes available, but is likely to find himself in the middle of a bidding war between the new promotion and NXT.

In related news, ROH's current champion Matt Taven's deal with the company runs until September. Taven defeated Scurll and Jay Lethal at Madison Square Garden's G1 Supercard this past April.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
