Missing WWE Wrestler Backstage At Last Night's Raw

Sidelined for over a year, this injured former champion was at last night's WWE Raw.

Long-term WWE absentee was backstage at last night's episode of WWE Raw.

While the 31-year-old wasn't used on the show, PWInsider's Mike Johnson has confirmed Moss was at the event in Orlando, Florida.

Riddick was last seen on WWE television back in September 2020, when he was competing primarily on Main Event. A torn ACL ended up sidelining him sometime after a match with the Viking Raiders' Erik - and he has been out ever since.

The former college football player has been with WWE since 2014. Assigned to NXT, he initially worked as a singles wrestler before forming a tag team with Tino Sabbatelli in 2016, through which both found a place on the midcard. The duo split in May 2018, however, and Moss suffered a torn Achilles tendon soon after, sidelining him for six months.

Promoted to the main roster in January 2020, Moss had a short run alongside Mojo Rawley before turning on the former Hype Bro and taking his 24/7 Championship. A two-month run that saw Riddick attempt to legitimise the comedy strap as a serious belt came next, though this ended when he was defeated by R-Truth.
