MJF Fires Back At Criticism From Ex-WWE Referee

AEW promo machine MJF couldn't resist responding to a former WWE ref's comments.

AEW star MJF has fired back at comments made by former WWE referee Jimmy Korderas.

Korderas posted a video on his Twitter page calling for All Elite wrestlers to stop namedropping WWE or its workers on AEW programming. That story was picked up and recycled by NoDQ.com, who then posted a link on their own social feeds.

That's when a certain Maxwell Jacob Friedman entered the chat.

He replied to NoDQ's tweet with a reply that said: "Former referee Jimmy Korderas [tries] to tell greatest promo of all time MJF how to do his job". This, of course, was sent in-character. However, there was a little sauce behind the wording - it's also notable that MJF, almost hilariously, neglected to note that Jimmy is a former WWE ref.

No usage of the competition there.

MJF followed up on his tweet by also adding: "Former bell [timekeeper] Herbert Ponzarelli [tries] to tell MJF how to do a headlock".

Korderas hasn't responded to MJF's comments yet, but he probably will do soon. As usual, the ex-ref will likely reply in a courteous manner and enjoy this back-and-forth with the current AEW man.
