Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has moved to confirm Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select's update on the status of Bray Wyatt.

Sapp reached out to WWE sources and was able to confirm that Wyatt "is out of action with an "undisclosed physical issue"". While Sapp would "continue asking" about the story that seemed to take on a life of its own online yesterday - i.e., that Wyatt had walked out of the promotion as a result of creative differences - "one source denied" this being the issue.

On today's edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reiterated that the issue does not pertain to creative. It is something however that Dave "is not at liberty to speak on".

Meltzer also insisted that Bray Wyatt Vs. Bobby Lashley is still "on" for WWE WrestleMania 39, over which doubt was cast yesterday, particularly when Lashley himself tweeted, in relation to the match, "I will be ready to fight on the biggest stage of them all...I don’t care who it is, somebody will feel the wrath of the All-Mighty."

In the meantime, Matt Hardy tweeted two pictures of himself and Wyatt during their run as Raw Tag Team Champions captioned with a heart emoji.
