WWE decided to book a big title change on Monday's go-home show for Fastlane 2021.

WWE changed the Raw Tag-Team Champions on Monday's edition of Raw.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods defeated Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander to bag the belts. That means New Day are now 11-time Tag-Team Champs (the stable has won those Raw Titles four times) - it also means Hurt Business members Benjamin and Alexander have seen their own reign end after 85 days in the hot seat.

WWE didn't hang around after the match either.

AJ Styles and Omos challenged Kingston and Woods for the belts, and it looks like that could be the Raw Tag-Team Title bout come WrestleMania 37. Of course, fans should expect more shenanigans before WWE reaches Tampa next month.

The new champs challenged AJ and his bodyguard to "get registered" as an official team before they have that match.

It's actually slightly surprising that WWE decided to take the titles off The Hurt Business at all. Bobby Lashley was just crowned WWE Champion, and that meant the Tag Title switch came out of left field. Perhaps that was the point. Vince McMahon loves a good swerve every now and then.
