New Information On WWE's Amway Center Agreement Revealed
We may not see live fans at a WWE show until November.
WWE's agreement to run shows at Orlando's Amway Center runs until October 30, and live fans won't be present in the arena during that time due to the current global situation, according to Jon Aldo of MyNews 13.
It's been widely reported over the last week that WWE are moving their operations from the Performance Center to the Amway Center, with SummerSlam rumoured to be taking place in the basketball arena on August 23. WrestleVotes have also noted that the company could start using the venue after this week's episode of Raw. Virtual fans may be introduced in this setting, too, according to PWInsider.
Now, more information on WWE's agreement with the venue has been revealed by Jon Aldo on Twitter.
He reports:
'A rep from the City of Orlando tells me and @MyNews13 #WWE has a use agreement with Amway Center through Oct. 30 with no fans present in the building. So barring an amendment in the agreement, no live fans through October, but WWE gets arena access for all events through then.'

If this is the case, then we may not see live fans in a WWE arena until perhaps November time at the earliest. Though, it's worth mentioning that Aldo alluded to an amendment to the agreement being possible further down the road.
It's also unclear at this time what WWE's plans are after October 30. If the global situation hasn't altered much by that time, will they stay put in the Amway Center? Or will they seek another alternative?
For now, let's just be thankful that we've seen the last of the PC for a while.
