New Sting DVD Could Signify WWE Return At Survivor Series

WWE are releasing a new Sting DVD on October 13, which will include classic matches and a new documentary. Titled 'WWE: Sting Into The Light', it will also cover his appearances this past year in WWE. The timing of the release could be an indication that Sting will be returning as an on-screen character around that time. It will be just under a year at that point since his WWE debut at Survivor Series. With that in mind, the DVD could start the hype machine rolling again for his WWE return. It would make sense that he'd be back again at this year's Survivor Series, as that's the biggest event in the fall season. His appearance would in-turn help to sell even more copies of the DVD, in addition to potentially starting whatever angle he'll be working for WrestleMania 32. The DVD should be far more interesting than last year's Sting release, as this time there will be an actual documentary. It will be interesting to see what Sting says on the interview portion, especially in regards to being booked as the loser in his first WWE match at WrestleMania 31. It should also cover his legacy in WCW, but don't expect it to mention anything about TNA.
