NXT debuted a brand new character on last night's show.

During the program, a vignette aired touting the arrival of Quincy Elliott, dubbed the SuperDiva. Elliott noted that "I've never struggled with being different. I own it. I work it. Because I am it."

Elliott has competed a handful of times on NXT's Level Up, losing to wrestlers such as Joe Gacy, Andre Chase and Josh Briggs, but also picking up a win over Xyon Quinn earlier this month. Quincy very clearly has become a fan favorite in the friendly confines of the Performance Center arena.

Elliott, 23, has been with WWE since signing up in the aftermath of the company's post-SummerSlam 2021 tryouts. He has independent experience under a number of different monickers, including MIG and Congo Crush, and was listed at number 182 on Outsports' list of the top 200 LGBTQ+ wrestlers of 2021.

There is currently no word on whether or not Quincy will retain the moped used in his Level Up appearances on the mainline NXT 2.0 show.

Scott is a former journalist and longtime wrestling fan who was smart enough to abandon WCW during the Monday Night Wars the same time as the Radicalz. He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
