Next Week's Raw Will Again Take Place From WWE Performance Center
Fort Worth's Dickies Arena will instead get a SmackDown taping later in the year.
Following last night’s empty arena edition of Monday Night Raw, it’s now been confirmed that next week’s Raw will again emanate from the WWE Performance Center.
The March 23 Raw was due to be held at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, but the venue itself has moved to confirm that this the COVID-19 pandemic has put a stop to these plans.
In a silver lining for local Fort Worth fans who were looking forward to seeing WWE stars in action, WWE will instead be serving up a SmackDown show at Dickies Arena on Friday, July 31 – with all original Raw tickets to be honoured for that Smackers outing. That is all dependent on how long it takes for the Coronavirus to be brought under control, mind.
Where next week’s Raw is concerned, that will again take place with no crowd present.
Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, and Randy Orton are three names already confirmed to be appearing on the next Raw episode as WWE continues to push ahead on the Road to WrestleMania. A WrestleMania, of course, that is likewise set to take place from the empty WWE Performance Center come April 5.
