Nia Jax Claims Many Athletes Have Bought Fake Vax Cards
Ex-WWE star doesn't implicate wrestlers, who are required to be vaxxed for Saudi show.
Ex-WWE superstar Nia Jax has claimed that “a lot of people in many professional sports” have bought vaccination cards, presumably to hide the fact they haven’t been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Jax, now going by Lina Fanene (a derivative of her real name), replied to a tweet taking a swipe at her for being unsafe in the ring and how she isn’t vaccinated, stating:
Hahaha! I stand by that too. Honey, if you really think that all your favorites don’t feel the same as I do, you’re sadly mistaken. I know a lot of people in many professional sports that just paid & got a real card from a doctor..sooooo https://t.co/CG8PC7cQHJ

We should be clear that Fanene isn’t confirming that she paid a doctor for a vax card, nor has she said that any of her former WWE co-workers are walking around with phony vaccination records. It’s illegal to forge a vaccination card or use a fake – several in the United States have been charged in connection with this kind of scheme.
It’s also worth noting that Fightful Select has reported that WWE is requiring staff and talent traveling to Saudi Arabia for the Elimination Chamber PLE to be vaccinated and boosted. So theoretically, if some wrestlers aren’t on the card, it’s possible they’ve chosen to remain unvaccinated – although there’s the possibility that someone competing at the Saudi show could be carrying a fake vaccination card.
If there are indeed WWE superstars walking around with fake vax cards, that could carry more than legal risks, especially with a known germaphobic boss in Vince McMahon who has encouraged superstars, including Fanene, to get vaccinated.
