NXT Star Teases Bringing New Stable To WWE's Main Roster

It seems the eventual plan for this NXT man is to hit WWE's top shows...with backup!

Baron Corbin thinks it's vitally important that WWE's "audience up top" gets to "have a break from [him]", but has also teased heading up a faction of hungry NXT wrestlers on shows like Raw or SmackDown in the future.

The main roster > NXT man told 'Haus Of Wrestling' recently that he'd be interested in leading a stable with workers like Ilja Dragunov, Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes on the main roster. He's just spitballing ideas and throwing names out there - it wouldn't have to be those guys specifically.

However, Corbs did reveal that Triple H is right into the thought of bringing him back to Raw or SmackDown someday. He won't be on NXT TV forever, basically. This is an excursion for Baron, and a great excuse to give him a breather from his lengthy run on upper-tier programming.

Is this the start of something? Will Corbin and Hunter get the ball rolling on an invading faction of NXT wrestlers before the end of 2023? That remains to be seen, but it is something Baron would love to do if it gets the green light from those calling the shots.
