With many wondering whether Mandy Rose's return to NXT this week was a temporary or permanent arrangement, it looks as if Rose has been traded to NXT in return for Aliyah heading to the main roster.

As per the usually reliable @WrestleVotes, Aliyah is moving to the Raw brand.

A main roster move for Aliyah has been rumoured internally for the past month or so, with her having reportedly impressed WWE officials during their time scouting talent at the Performance Center .

Aliyah has been with WWE since 2015 and first came to prominence as a focal point of the WWE Network's phenomenal Breaking Ground series. She does have some slight main roster experience, having lost to Carmella on an episode of SmackDown back in 2017, and also losing to Natalya on Main Event in March of last year.

More recently, Aliyah has been seen on NXT television as part of the Robert Stone Brand - although this week's NXT show saw her attack Stone after she and Jessi Kamea had come up short against Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro.
