With certain names having recently made the jump from NXT to the WWE main roster, it now appears that two other talents will soon be leaving NXT in their rearview mirror.

As per Cory Hays of PW Nexus, Stephanie Vaquer is expected to soon move to Raw, while La Primera's NXT Battleground opponent Jordynne Grace is on her way to SmackDown.

It had previously been rumoured that a WWE Draft would be taking place at the end of May or in early June, although May is obviously nearly done and dusted. Whether Vaquer and Grace get their main roster moves as part of the Draft - if and when it happens - remains to be seen, or it could be a case of the two simply being moved to Raw and SmackDown in a similar way to recent call-ups Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Fraxiom.

For those who may have missed last night's NXT, to the shock of those watching, Stephanie Vaquer lost the NXT Women's Championship to Jacy Jayne in the main event due to Fatal Influence shenanigans. Well, not just was there interference from Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, but AAA's Chika Tormenta and Dalys la la Caribeña also made their presence known - with Vaquer and Lola Vice to face that AAA duo at Worlds Collide later this month.

While this title change was certainly a surprise, it of course frees up Stephanie for a main roster jump. Likewise, in the case of Jordynne Grace, it was previously reported how the Juggernaut's NXT run was only likely to be a short one, with it viewed as a case of not rushing Grace straight to Raw or SmackDown during WrestleMania Season when the 'Mania 41 plans had already come together. Instead, a better option would be for Jordynne to spend a couple of months in NXT - where she's been treated as a major player, beating Giulia, and going toe-to-toe with Stephanie Vaquer - before then moving to the main roster once the dust had started to settle after WrestleMania.

Vaquer & Grace On The Main Roster

While the WWE women's roster is overflowing with talent, the arrival of Stephanie Vaquer and Jordynne Grace on their respective brands will certainly be welcome additions.

For Vaquer, she's already had a handful of matches on Raw, with the Chilean once again hugely impressing. Likewise, Jordynne could've easily been plugged straight into the main roster if the timing was different with her WWE arrival.

One other point worth mentioning is that, with Vaquer and Grace leaving NXT, that offers up the chance for other NXT talents to seize the spotlight. After all, Stephanie and Jordynne have been rightly positioned as two huge players for NXT, with them involved in so many of the women's division's biggest matches and moments for the past few months. While there will be an element of NXT losing some star power, the rest of the women's roster now has the opportunity to step up and make themselves into significant players - not least new NXT Women's Champion Jacy Jayne, who's at times struggled to find a solid footing since Toxic Attraction broke up a few years ago.
