ODB Interview: Returning To IMPACT, Knockouts Division, Food Truck, AEW, More

You competed in the Casino Battle Royale back at All Out 2019. Given the current working relationship between the two companies, is there anyone in AEW you'd like to mix it up with?

That's a good one. Actually, all of the Japan girls. I've only been to Japan once in my career and it was later in my career and I really enjoyed it. That would be good. Nyla Rose I'd like to get in the ring with. I always really liked working with Awesome Kong, so I always liked being in the ring with bigger chicks than me. It's a challenge for me. Also, Britt Baker, that'd be fun.

Do you have a favorite match or memory that you've had in IMPACT?

The wedding that EY and I did was probably my most memorable moment. I thought that was cool because not many wrestlers get to have that moment in their wrestling career. We took it and actually made the most of it. Some weddings are disasters, but we actually got married in the ring and it was cool. I remember that moment, just feeling it. EY is a phenomenal person and an awesome worker all around. Our chemistry was just off the charts. We would just bounce off each other and we had a blast working with each other.

I remember after the cameras went off and we're sitting in our undies in the ring, we were like, "Can someone unlock this to get out of the cage here?" We walked back and everybody was standing up in the back clapping and I was like, "Oh my God, that's so cool." The first person I see is Hulk Hogan. He's standing there and I said hey and he's like, "Get over here, ODB." I hugged Hulk Hogan in my bra and panties. Then he asked me, "Do you want my shirt?" I said, "I'll get your shirt later."

Catch ODB in action against Deonna Purrazzo at IMPACT's Sacrifice event on Saturday, March 13 on Impact Plus.
