Original WWE Series Renewed For A Second Season
This fan favourite WWE Original has been renewed for another season.
For those who've enjoyed WWE's This Is Awesome series, you'll be pleased to hear that the show has been renewed for a second season.
Airing on Peacock and the WWE Network, the Greg Miller-fronted series features plentiful WWE personalities reflecting back on 'awesome' moments and matches tied to whatever the topic of the day is. With the first season having just concluded with a Most Awesome Wrestling Games episode, the end of said episode saw it confirmed that a second season is on the way.
Whilst a premiere date hasn't been announced for this second season, it's expected that this new season will be debuting in the next few weeks, as its first episode will focus on the Royal Rumble. As it happens, the 2023 edition of WWE's annual Rumble spectacular is set for 28 January, and it only seems logical to expect Season Two to begin airing before that date.
Across its first season, WWE This Is Awesome covered Most Awesome SummerSlam Moments, Most Awesome Superstar Entrances, Most Badass Women, Most Awesome Finishing Moves, Most Awesome Weddings, Most Awesome WWE Champions, Most Awesome Debuts, and the aforementioned Most Awesome Wrestling Games.
