Outlandish Theory: 5 Signs WWE Are Hatching A Bullet Club Takeover

4. 'Too Sweet' On WWE Pay-Per-View

AJ Styles claimed that Vince McMahon didn't know his 'Too Sweet' moment with Finn Bálor at TLC was going to happen beforehand. As nice a story as that sounds, it's pretty difficult to believe. WWE is such a tightly-controlled environment, so much so that the mere thought of two performers doing something so controversial without McMahon's approval seems far-fetched.

Sure, it's nice that AJ and Finn would want to reference their shared past in Bullet Club, but look at the scenario without sentiment and it becomes clearer. WWE's cameras captured the moment perfectly, almost like the producers knew it was coming. If Kevin Dunn's crew, like Vince McMahon, 'didn't know' about the idea, it makes sense to believe they'd have cut away.

They didn't, and the image was even featured heavily as part of the TLC coverage on WWE.com. It may be akin to conspiracy theory, but WWE seemed to be playing a little game there. Don't forget, they had just pursued The Young Bucks legally, requesting the team stop using that very hand gesture.

Coincidence? Maybe, but interesting nonetheless.
