For well over 300 days, Konnor and Viktor dominated the tag team ranks of NXT. For over 300 days, they took on and demolished every team put in their path. Then, Sin Cara and Kalisto upset The Ascension and ended their reign, freeing them from the restraints of the tag titles. Now, they are clear to move up to the main roster, where they are sure to be entered into the tag division immediately. When that happens, they will instantly become top contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championships. While Goldust and Stardust currently hold the titles, that should not be the case as the road to WrestleMania approaches. The Usos are clearly the top tandem in wrestling and should regain the titles they recently dropped, sometime before the biggest show of the year. With their physical, bruising, hard-hitting style, Konnor and Viktor are the perfect compliment to the fast-paced, energetic and high-flying Usos. Jimmy and Jey have worked well with Superstars incorporating styles similar to that of The Ascension, namely the Wyatt Family's Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. A match between the teams would bring some always-appreciated attention to the tag titles and create a program with the potential to carry the art form of tag team wrestling for the foreseeable future. That Triple H is very protective of his NXT stars would only help to shine a spotlight on the program.
