A leaner and meaner Michael Elgin ripped through Taichi and Hriooki Goto to claim the NEVER Openweight Title at Dominion, and seems to have shrugged off problematic personal interferences to regain a plum spot with the one organisation still more than happy to use him as a major force.

Borrowing an in-ring and sartorial style from Doug Furnas and Phil Lafon, Elgin could mirror their rugged Far East success by bulldozing through the field.
