Predicting Every NXT Entrant In WWE Royal Rumble 2020
8. Prinxe Bálor
When Finn Bálor returned to NXT, he cut a great promo that included the following.
“Two months ago, I’m laying down for what’s supposed to be the hottest new thing in the business just because he put on a new mask. Well, I just took my mask off, and now I’m the hottest thing in the business.”
Since then, the returning Prince (Prinxe?) Bálor has gone from strength to strength, showing the NXT universe just what got him hired back in 2014. No longer was the extraordinary man who does extraordinary things forced to walk to the ring and grin like a madman. No longer was the Demon Bálor growling and sticking his tongue out like he'd joined KISS.
Instead, Bálor evolved his style to be slightly more aggressive and his entrance changed to evoke the old Bullet Club finger guns. This Bálor hasn't been seen on the main roster and, with the new mask he laid down for all those months ago rumoured to be appearing in the Rumble match, it's the perfect time for him to return.
