Assume both of the main men's World Titles change hands at WrestleMania 36 in Tampa - what then?

Further, assume that the one of the Women's belts switches and WWE book some other title changes here or there too. The championship scene could look a hell of a lot different between now and early-April, and the company should be busily preparing for what's coming next right f'n now. They cannot afford to focus on 'Mania and nothing else.

The months after the biggest show of the year are typically barren when it comes to ideas. That's why, over the years, WWE has written retreads (Backlash was 'Mania rematch heaven for the longest time) or booked some sort of 'Superstar Shake-Up' for the roster so they've got some fresh match ups.

In 2020, they'll probably rely on at least some of these ideas again with one eye on August's SummerSlam pay-per-view as another bookmark moment on the calendar.

There are 18 belts in total across Raw, SmackDown, NXT and NXT UK to establish follow-up feuds for in this article. Some rivalries are more straightforward than others, and there's obviously a healthy dose of fantasy booking in there too...
