Predicting The Future Of WWE In 10 Wrestlers

5. Humberto Carrillo

Age: 24

What They're Doing Now: Third generation luchador Humberto Carrillo is in a tough spot right now. On Raw, he's playing before deathly silent crowds, partly because he's new and partly because WWE has positioned him as a white meat babyface who'd help old ladies across the road and always has a winning smile. That character doesn't scream longevity.

The Future: At 24, there's no way WWE will give up on Humberto even if this Raw gig sinks. He's another Vince McMahon reportedly likes, and it's still early days for the Mexican. If Paul Heyman and Raw's writers can somehow inject more of a realistic personality into him, then Carrillo has a real chance to become a babyface the latin community rally behind for well over a decade.

Don't sleep on how crucial that demographic is to WWE business. Latinos deserve someone who represents them properly, and the double-barrelled blast of Andrade and Humberto might hint that bright days are ahead for that market once genuine legend Rey Mysterio calls it a career.
