1. Battleground: Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar For The WWE World Heavyweight Championship
The Beast finally pops his head back up from gnawing on the broken carcass of Braun Strowman, and announces that hes the number one contender for Reigns WWE title. The upper midcard match sees Triple H continue to stalk Rollins, this time with a gimmick probably a cage or Falls Count Anywhere to prevent the double count-out from happening again. In the title match in the main event of Battleground, WWE would want to have Reigns booked strongly in a futile attempt to win, just like at Wrestlemania 31. This time the members of the Shield will be at ringside, but forbidden to interfere. Lesnar wins, and the Shield finally enter the ring to triple powerbomb him in revenge for well, just about everything. Naturally, Kevin Owens would choose this point to cash in his briefcase, and naturally hes too smart to give Lesnar time to recover: he brutally smashes him with chair shot after chair shot while hes still down and then cashes in and pins him to win the WWE world heavyweight championship. Thats enough to give the Beast motivation to truly destroy Owens, leading to the next few main event feuds as the ruthless Douche-Daddy tries to outsmart him but thats a story for another time.
