8. Dean Ambrose
It's depressing to think that while Roman Reigns is taking aim at the WrestleMania main event, Dean Ambrose has been put on a course which may end with him becoming the next Intercontinental Champion. If there's anyone who can elevate that it's him, but Ambrose is far more deserving of a spot in the main event. Seth Rollins has rightly received one, and seeing the equally talented Ambrose fade into the background is sad. Who knows what will happen in the coming weeks and months with Ambrose. He's still in the relatively early stages of his career, and based on his interview with Stone Cold last year, Vince McMahon is well aware of Ambrose's desire to be the WWE's top guy. For now he'll work with what he's given, but you just know he has his sights set on the big one. A WWE World Heavyweight Championship run for Ambrose might not be on the cards for him just yet, but it has to happen soon. With Reigns likely the next man to hold the title and Seth Rollins in possession of the Money in the Bank briefcase, following up WrestleMania with some sort of three way feud featuring the former members of The Shield would be nothing short of epic.
