As Finn Balor is not long for the NXT roster it seems fairly certain that Samoa Joe is the next man in line for the title. These two put on a great bout at TakeOver: London and will surely do so again in Dallas; there isn't a whole lot of doubt about them being able to steal the show from WrestleMania. Samoa Joe has come into his own ever since his heel turn on Balor following their victory in the inaugural Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and has been vicious at times in his pursuit of the gold. To put it as simply as possible, Joe as a heel is Joe at his best. The Samoan Submission Machine was born to play the ruthless take no prisoners ass kicker he has been portraying lately, and will no doubt ride the momentum he's picked up to become the next top dog. Joe should have a dominating run as champ similar to what The Ascension did when they were tag champs, crushing smaller competitors and making them tap out with great ease until someone like Chad Gable steps up and pushes Joe to the limit. While Samoa Joe would walk away still champion from the feud, he may not be so lucky when he goes up against someone his own size...
